Here's what you gotta do. Find a design, take your time, this design could be your tattoo. Alright now wait about a year, browse again and compare to the original design. If the new design is better, you're going to have to be doing this for a while. If the first design was better and you still feel you want it, it's a good tattoo. For more safety I'd say even wait another year and do the same thing.

I'm thinking about getting a tattoo with mountains, the ocean, forest and the moon. All four mean something to me, but I'm not sure how to do it. Considered a mountain deteriorating into waves, with the moon in the background. Is that stupid? It doesn't include the trees/forest part either, which is important. Maybe outlines of different animals with those things filling the spaces? Something to connect them?

I'm also considering getting a tattoo of my wifes eyes. She passed away some years ago, and she had beautiful eyes.

A friend of mine got a tattoo inspired by the works of Albrecht Durer (looks very similar to the related pic but I think it was with the 4 horseman of the apocalypse). It's pretty cool and i'm thinking about getting one for myself in the same sort of style.
