Lost some weight and get on accutane. There's a lot of bullshit spread about accutane, but the truth is it's fucking awesome. I went on it a few years back, and I started eating better (but still eat what I want when I'm craving) and it's literally the best choice I ever made. I went no poo after a buzzcut and my hair grew back way thicker and healthier. Plus obv the grease phase isn't noticeable at all on a fresh buzz
