I am a white guy with thick white hair. I keep it like this pic. Kinda long on the top but I always touch up the sides with my clippers and it looks like pic attached. What do I do to get it like this? >>10629310

In dire need of advice

My hair tangles extremely fast and I have no idea why. Here's my "routine"
>wash with sulfate free shampoo ~3 times a week
>condition ~4-5 times a week
>brush hair before showering and pretty much every day
>sometimes put in Garnier anti frizz oil

Any advice?
