Not really, to me it looks wayyy too short on top/front and too long back/sides. I'm not saying you can't have long hair, just that you'll need to trim it to be in a better proportion and then grow it out again. Personally I don't notice any terrible acne or w/e like the others are saying but your sideburns are shit too Also lose some weight and your face would probably look better.

I have no idea man. I have a friend who has the same hair you have(albeit more on the blonde side) and the longer he grew his hair, the more he resembled a mad scientist.
But on the other hand he never had to style his hair when it was short(like in your picture) and he always looked fly. I wouldn't really pay attention to the comments about the face. Your hair is fine man, just a bit unruly. This you need to maintain and use products for styling. dampen your hair with a spray bottle. Blow dry while combing to desired direction. (Based on the picture I'd suggest a side part.) Long and slow strokes, Lie the comb flat and place your finger on it for control.
After you've done this. Apply product of choice. Fibrous wax is nice for texture; dab it in and scrunch it around for shape and definition. You can use any product you wish.

Backstory: I have recently been going to job interviews n shit and have started to get my hair cut (I ain't a grill btw) more often. Normally I just get it cut short but in between cuts of about 6 months I let it grow all the way out just because I am too lazy to go to a barbers. The short answer to that is you don't.

But I was at the barber today and he mentioned that sometimes if you put the right product in your hair you can make the hair loss look not quite so bad.

You could take pills, get surgery, but you have to be pretty committed about that sort of thing. Talk to a doctor first, your GP for a start, then maybe try a hair clinic but remember the people at the hair clinic will tell you they can work miracles and advise you the most expensive treatment. The hair clinic wants your money, your GP will prob just give you the best advice.

hi. i'm a hairstyist/barber! i think the best thing for you to do would be to let your hair grow out more before doing an undercut or pomp. longer hair with cowlicks is easier to control while using the right hair product to make it go where you want to. give it 4 or 3 months and it should be long enough (though it depends on how fast your hair grows)
