Most brands ive found with well designed pouches all have branding on the waist. Unico, Hawai, Obviously, AC.C. etc.

If you're not afraid of a sewing machine, underwear is pretty easy to throw together. Especially if you have a serger.

You can find patterns in the fabric store and online. Or make a pattern from a freshly washed and dried new pair of undies that fit well. Change any shape and fit you want. Want it a little higher in the back? Lower in the front? Figure out a pouch front and add it in and throw it together.

If you get good enough, you can buy custom elastic banding from china for about $60-80/100yds or so. I make or modify all my boyfriends underwear because he likes wide waistbands, so i bought a bunch of 2"wide elastic from china
