Popeye magazine is a great Japanese fashion magazine for men.

It's somewhat geared more towards a younger audience with it's articles on streetwear brands, like Supreme, but it still covers mens fashion in general.

/Fa/g working with the japanese Fashion Industry here. Magazines there are highly specialized, you cant compare them with any prints on the US or European Market (for reverence compare e.g. ViVi and Nylon). Jap Magazines always use Halfs for certain styles, pushing it to a more fancy a little more unatainable wear. For High Fashion most Japanese Magazines use european models to represent a level almost unatainable to achieve by the readers in Asia.
