Theres been some cross thread discussion of me for a while, so I thought it was about time.

Ive lost about 4 pounds since when I started this whole thing. Fit and fa have been doing some improvement.

Hows today going?

This will be my last thread for a few days too.
I have business in Canada that needs fixing and I wont be back til mondayIll be around, just not posting.

I've seen your threads before, you seem like a nice guy. The best thing you can do now is this, change your diet and workout. I know $15 broke your bank, but you can workout without any sort of equipment and still get nice and taught. Best of luck friend, keep up the good fight.

Not the poster you're replying to, but from OP's prior fits, I disagree on this fit not deserving praise.

Give the guy a point for at least putting something together I'd go out in. I wouldn't feel good going out in it, but I'd wear it if I had to. His other fits, I'd opt for slitting my throat first.
