what kind of clothes do I wear if I have a really wide body with thick thighs and calves due to working out?

I look good in a bathing suit but shitty in pants

that bacon looks disgustingly raw

bacon is meant to be almost raw
pink like ham

not black and red hard bark

Yah, that's just not true. Unlike a lot of meats there are ways of preparing bacon that brings out full, rich, distinct aromatics depending on where you are on the "raw to crispy spectrum." Some of the best smoked bacon, for one example, is going to be wonderfully tough and darkened across its surface. And then you consider all the applications bacon has on other dishes that implicates even more potential optimal mouthfeels (dunno what a good word for this is...consistency?) and techniques. It's not like a steak or a sausage or whatever where there's not a lot of room to get the most out of it.

to me I cant really understand how people can like crispy bacon

its like eating a "well done" stake
which im sure there are merits to
that I frankly dont agree with

Good for toppings.

Agreed that fragile, shatter-on-touch crispy bacon is not very good. But usually that only happens with thin, shitty bacon anyway, so it's hard to know what the real issue is.

back bacon is the highest quality bacon you can have and its simply not meant to be cooked crisply

its sort of humorous that people eat shitty food these days and enjoy it more than how its meant to be made
I suppose its just because they're used to it
like a lot of people these days would rather have McDonalds over Greek food

What a horrifying picture.

Anywho, mainly what I had in mind was a smoking context, wherein "pink" or "ham-like" is not in any way a desirable outcome. If you're just frying it in a pan for eggs or whatever, you definitely lose quite a bit of bacon's distinction (at least flavor wise) by killing it again. I still think it's acceptable /if/ it's supposed to lend a slight bacon flavor /and/ it's supposed to lend a stronger texture, like in a salad (and even then it's a situational decision.)

>what kind of clothes do I wear if I have a really wide body with thick thighs and calves due to working out?
Just wear the clothing you want of wear, albeit well-tailored. Tips like "don't wear horizontal stripes" apply, but aren't terribly useful in most situations.

One thing you want to be careful of: make sure that the taper on the body of your shirts is fairly dramatic. Too much fabric around the midsection will make you look fat.
