a lot of jap stores ship to US. Chovercord has EG, Nonnative, Hobo, and more. They require you to confirm identity with picture ID and copy of CC if you want to ship to US. They also seem to either cover VAT or lie on declared values. Copped some rick spring blades for 200 US.

underrated label--very hit or miss season to season though, have a trouser from them I absolutely adore so they have some magin in them to be sure
