This is part of their aesthetic imo.

Like, the really good thing about it for me is their aesthetic (and the great basslines ofc).
It is some sort of polluted depressed/melancholic poetry aesthetic that is sometimes dancy.
Some of the aspects of the recording (which are flaws to you) add to that a lot imo, also the vocal style and even the delivery. It fits the lyrics very well too (and the lyrics are very good imo, ik that's not the first thing people care about in music, but after you already like it great lyrics are great).
And overrall I think it sounds very rich, like the bass+the overrall polluted sound+some electronic stuff they use together.

The aesthetics of it may totally not be your thing (and if it isn't you probably not gonna like it at all, cause I think it's the main thing about it, at least for me).

You are correct to some extent, but f it looks black (as in a "it sure is black" way) it's either black or a veery close to, same for white.

And there's much more in that pic from what you can infer the majority is black and white (probably all).

There's 2 pieces of clothes that could be from another color on that wardrob and one of them is extremelly unlikely (the other unlikely too given the context). Also maybe the shirt he's wearing under his jacket, maybe the stamps on the jacket and maybe the white in his shoes. But all very unlikely.
