What is a reasonable price to pay for a calf stooges? There's one I'm eyeing on grailed with an asking price of $810. It's made in Moldova (not Italy?) and has Raccagni zippers. The owner doesn't know what season it's from and says it's been worn once.

The cuff is a little longer. The cotton seems stiffer and slightly heavier, but that's probably because they weren't as worn in as my previous pair. They will likely soften. The cotton is a slightly more open weave though, which bums me out. The other major difference is they are noticeably shorter. The other pair I had I could wear up to my waist/belly button and have it sit about the same place as these are at my hips. They seem to taper sooner and higher up the leg too. Altogether they feel slightly smaller than the previous XS pattern. That being said they are brand new but the length and taper are assuredly slightly different. I like them equally.

I don't get people who don't do what they want.

Fashion is like anything, you should behave in accordance to your own tastes. I think Rick's clothing is beautiful, and that's why I buy and wear it.

The only intention Rick has is for you to like his things and wear them. If you don't like it, fine.

If you don't understand it, maybe that's on you. I like how you are so quick to shrink an idea like art appreciation into "2deep4u". Why like anything? Are you supposed to just have a passing interest in things? Are we going to ignore that digging deep into any area of fine art is very rewarding, or that it alters your perception? Rick is the kind of designer that takes the history of clothing and fashion into consideration with his designs, as well as a sort of prediction of where it can, or should, go. If you are used to just fast fashion jeans and t-shirts everywhere, I can see how it would be jarring, but to me it looks very natural, it has a timeless quality and a very modern feeling to it.

I'm not going to listen to the radio all the time just so I can know all the music everyone talks about, I'm going to listen to shit I love to listen to even if I can't talk to most people about it. I'm not going to wear shit you think is appropriate because who are you, and why do you think I need to impress you? I don't really want anything to do with someone who has an issue with the way I look.If I'm crossing the street and people are staring, then whatever, I'm probably listening to music or talking to someone.

This never happens though. I've never had any social problems. If anything, it's brought me into contact with people I can relate to.

It's preference personally. I think mainline leather ones are the best as they age perfectly.
I have the shearling ones which are glorious, they're soft leather so they not as hard wearing. Canvas are still good though, if you can afford it go for leather though

They're definitely warm enough for winter. Super cosy, but I wouldn't get them drenched if you know what I mean - the mainline leathers are definitely tougher than shearling but the warmth from the shearlings give me big cums

I like these looks pretty, the leather looks fuller and more substantial than regular issues, my main problem with ramones is two things the white captoe, and the leather being good quality but thinish in comparison to the rest of the shoe giving it a clownish appearance. So much misinformation going on.

Sometime recently rick switched the product codes on his tags to be comprehensive and actually understandable. These are just older tags before he started doing that. Totally legit.

Regarding the newer tags... The first two letters are important. "R" means mainline while "D" means drkshdw. The second letter is male ("U") or female ("D" I believe? "Donna"?). The next number is year, like 15 for example. Then it will be "F" or "S" for fall or spring/summer. From there it's a product code. The final set of letters or letter is the fabric. "R" for cottony jersey, "F" for fleece, "LMPS" for lamb suede I think? I dunno. It's mostly Italian. Anyway.
