Alright so I found some great t-shirts, but they all have a pocket, like those http://www.amazon.com/Carhartt-Workwear-Pocket-T-Shirt-K87/dp/B002G9UDKU/ref=cts_ap_1_fbt

American Apparel t-shirts are way too thin and expensive. American Giant t-shirts aren't that good apparently.

So where do I get a plain 100% cotton t-shirt that's thick and durable and doesn't have a freaking pocket on it?

I'm pretty sure this has been posted many times, but whatever.

Pic unrelated.

I've also wanted to know about this as well.
Uniqlo has great plain supima tees, but a lot of them are out of stock at the moment.
I have been looking for semi-heavyweight solid tees in different colors -- of good quality, of course.

The more I look around, the more I feel like I'll have to try pocket tees.

If you want good tees, norse projects do a nice basic shirt in a workshirt type cotton, very thick and durable.

i like how soft aa power washed tees are, but their sizing is really inconsistent. can someone recommend me another type of loose fitting shirt for around the same price?

Gemrock or Sunwear brand are amazing shirts and they're longer tees so when you wash....they fit just right and they run a little under 5 bucks a piece online

I'm personally okay even with pocket tees, I just want that heavyweight, good quality kind of feel with a nice array of colors to choose from.

Lmao OP are you 13?
Just buy the tshirt and use a seam ripper to carefully remove the seams from the pocket and it just falls off and leaves you with a perfectly fine tee

If i could hijack your thread for a second, best 100% cotton for a jacket? What kind of lining would work well with it?

Nothing wrong with them idk where this hate for pockts tees came from.

And for>>10130274 stay away from carhartt shirts they seem rugged and thick until you wash them and they rip. And unless you're 6ft tall they look retarded because they're "original" fit instead of fitted or relaxed.
