What's the fastest way to lose weight without dying?

I understand 3500 calories to a pound, I get that you can lose like 3 pounds healthily a week. But how fast can you lose weight without dying?

Can you just drink water and take vitamins?

If you just drink water you will lose weight but your body will know it is starving and go into survival mode, shutting down all non-essential functions. If you just want ot drop a few pounds quickly a la wrestlers or boxers then that will work although you will be worse off for it. But if you want to lose a lot of weight it is better to eat at a caloric deficit and exercise a lot.

Try DNP, there's usually a thread on /fit/. Its basically poison that you eat that can easily kill you and might give you cancer, but you stop being a whale pretty quickly.

eating 3500 over your tdee which is the amount of calories your body needs to function normally. so if your want to lose a pound a week the you eat 500 less calories then your tdee for 7 days (7 x 500=3500) and you'll lose a pound and vice versa for gaining weight.its not an exact science but pretty close
