once again /fa/ is a year behind the website it takes the piss out of - health goth was big on tumblr in early 2014 now only /fa/ even mentions it

How do I keep up with tumblr, do I have to manually search for blogs using arbitrary keywords and tags or is there some kind of aggregate site where I can browse topics systematically?
