acne has good cuts, with some kind of polyester blend in the materials to keep the color from fading

only con is they attract lint like crazy and it's super annoying.

try to get them on sale. they aren't worth retail imo. I got both of my pairs on sale easily just wait it out.

I have some cheap mondays that have gone maybe 40 wears and several washes without any signs of aging.

Not saying they're the best but i'm not really into spending on denim and black jeans especially aren't that showy when it comes to overall quality.

SAve a bit more and buy APC petit standard. Size down 2 sizes though.
It's not like you need more than one pair of black jeans, so you can invest more. APCs are nice entry-level black raw jeans.

Where do you live? I can't really comment on the 2 sizes down anon before me said. But I know that they stretch quite much, better google more on their sizing.
Also, you will need to hem them if you don't like stacks - as any other raw jeans they have long inseam for you to adjust as you like.

OP I own both APC and Acne jeans in black. Both are great quality, but I personally prefer the APC Petit New Standard to the Ace jean from Acne.

I'm 70 kg with a slim build and pretty skinny thighs, wear a 30 in Petit Standards, they recommend sizing down once or twice max depending on how tight you want them to fit (belt or not).
