Never wear belts to hold your pants up, they should fit well enough to not fall off your legs. Belts can look a bit >>r/mfa/, but are ok if you really want to wear them.

depends, the entire fit minus the polo and belt could be nice it mostly just depends on if you know what youre doing or not, and how it fits. for example my friend really goes for this aesthetic but hes attractive and goes pieces the clothes together well and is generally fashionable, rather than just picking up those NB's on a clearance sale at some chain sneaker store. So yeah, if you aren't fashion conscious at all the shoes may not work cause in my eyes its more an 'ironic' fashion statement.
