Alright, everyone.
So here's the gist, I plan on going out into the deep wilderness this summer to hunt for bigfoot (Don't fucking judge me, I have my own hobbies.) and I need the perfect watch to do the job.

I live in the Southern U.S and where I live it can be pretty unpredictable, but generally speaking I just need a good watch that's incredibly durable and functional. Obviously g-shock watches can be good, but I need something specific so I can look at that watch and see if it would be good. Generally speaking anything you might find useful like compasses, countdowns, or anything else. It doesn't have to have specifically those, just something that has a lot of uses.

I'm going deep in the forest to look for bigfoot, and bigfoot isn't going to be giving me shit about how it looks. As long as it doesn't look like it belongs in a fruity pebbles commercial I will be fine.

fake rolexs often have ETA 2824 blanks in them
the only reason people don't like them is that they are unregulated and just slapped together

a steinhart ocean one uses the same ETA 2824 movement with the least amount of regulation from the factory that ETA offers

-------
some rolex fakes feature knock off movements made by seagull

these movements are like a lot of chinese goods a hit or a miss since chinese quality control is lackluster

so once in awhile you get one that just won't fucking work for the life of it due to poor machining and poor assembly

not to mention chinese people aren't known for their customer service

if you can cope with all of that you may get a half decent watch that pretends to be a rolex at the build quality of anything from a nixon/invicta (hairs and smudges inside watch) or might get lucky and might get the build quality of a tissot (pretty decent for money)

I'm almost as impressed by just that little detail than I am by the snow pattern on the main dial. They are pretty bad for the 100 buck MSRP, but the 5 dolar "replica" from aliexpress is so similar that its assumed its produced by the same factory but sold directly and off contract by the factory and not by the brand. That shows why is it so bad for the original price, and why you should get the aliexpress one. If people are willing to buy it at 100 bucks, its a good deal at 5.
