what the fuck do i do to get more height
though it's mostly genetics, I missed out a lot of bone growth during puberty, since i didn't drink milk from 8-16.
i did eat some cheese though.

Stop being so insecure about it. You have the height you have. Nothing you can do to change it. Get over it. That's all you can do. Accept the fact you will always be average when it comes to height. Excel in other areas to make up for it. Make sick cops, construct sick fits, take care of your face and hair, work out, etc.

Milk consumption during puberty and adolescent growth doesn't actually contribute to bone growth that much. The body likes having the protein, but milk actually strips calcium from bones to an extent.

I went to Hong Kong on holiday once at it was amazing, I think I saw about two or three people who were taller than me the whole time. I really need to move out of Australia, people are too fucking tall

make sure your clothes emphasize the length of your legs. If you wear high tops over your pants and long shirts you'll just look shorter. Mid rise jeans help as well.

Why do you guys get so hung up over your height?

It isn't going to make you magically taller, and considering how much people tend to worry about being a manlet on 4chan, it really comes off as unattractive. Just be confident. Be fit, enjoy easier gainz. I mean, sometimes you ugly, sometimes you not. Sometimes you short, sometimes you lanky. There are a lot worse feelings than being a couple inches shorter. Balding is DEFINITELY UP there more than height imo.

Basically, just accept what you have, learn ways to minimize the negatives, and rock it. That's what being /fa/ is all about.
