I don't know anything about the trip you're planning, but from a backpacking standpoint you're overpacking by a lot and packing a lot of impractical things.

There's no reason to bring two jackets when you could just have the waterproof shell and layer under it. The jacket should be a bright color in case you get lost and someone's searching for you. You have two shirts and a hoodie that all appear to be cotton, which is the worst material for outdoor activities. Bring a synthetic blend tee, a synthetic or cotton blend thermal, and a wool sweater.

Pants and shorts seem fine, but again, cotton is a bad choice. Web belts weigh less than leather and can be used for lots of other things if need be. Socks look wooly and good. Boots are not real hiking boots and the canvas lacks the solid ankle support of a stiffer leather boot.

Why do you need two knives, a leatherman, and a hatchet? The puukko knife on the top or the leatherman should suffice unless you're seriously bushwhacking and need a machete. Is the other stuff water puro and first aid? Looks good. The shovel looks heavy and bulky. Get a folding one.

Tent is flimsy looking and won't protect you from the elements. Cookwear is bulky. You can get by with one pot and a mug. Can't really comment on food, but that trail mix looks tasty.

From a /fa/ standpoint, everything looks fine.
