Top half is good, but the trouser look very light in the calves, they just get blown out there and instead of a clean taper they end up looking weird. The velcros seem like a pretty poor choice, some derbies would look so much better, not the mention the velcros look fuckheug, it might just be because you have big feet but I feel like the too skinny trousers place a part.

in order of things I noticed:

scarf looks faggy, it's really thick and blue, I just think this kind of scarf is ugly and gay. go wider and longer, but thinner and drapey if you want to keep is (it's cold, i know).

I would also change the pants from black to help the color scheme, because khaki/olive and blue really isn't a color scheme.

I dislike the glasses and meticulous combed (looking) hair, feels like a face I want to punch, but that's more personal opinion.

I do like the coat though, much so.
