After reading through alot of posts in Skincare thread, I noticed a reoccurring theme of Acne. Sudocream is an effective method of reliving acne, redness and other spots. It is zinc based and if you apply it at night as a mask and go to sleep, you'll awake with much nicer skin. This way you don't have to pop Pimples which may cause scarring or blackheads. Just thought I would give out my tip so that you all can enjoy it.

Do you know a good blackhead treatment? I've had pretty bad blackheads on my nose and slightly on my cheeks my whole life, and hopefully that it heals the little holes it left?

Yeah nah that's shit m8.

I used sudocrem for years, used to wear it at day I was so desperate, looked like a pale ghost.

Buy something real like benzoyl peroxide if you have acne, get a decent cleanser like cetaphil, and don't touch your face.

Getting some sun and excercise won't hurt either.

lol i thought that was supreme for a second good one.

best advice is to drink more water. wash your face every time you wake up and before you go to bed. that shit. if it gets to the point where you're doing these things and still getting pizzaface talk to a dermatologist or whatever

I'll try this. I've had it for 5 years and tried so much shit, but finally I've found a routine that works. St Ives apricot scrub (salicytic acid) every other day in the morning, ceraphil sunscreen and at night normal unscented dove soap, Nora rose garlic shampoo ( leave on for 10 min), wash off then benzo p and sleep
