Iron the shirt's collar and the pocket flaps for sure no matter what you're going for

since I'm not sure exactly what you're trying to do here, here's what I would do(read: this is all opinion)
-Size down on the shirt so it fits your shoulders, wear a v-neck as an undershirt and button up more so you can't see the undershirt(or don't wear an undershirt and still button up more)
-if getting a new shirt that fits isn't an option/you don't want to, unbutton it so the looseness will look intentional
-wrap the laces of the boots around them to make them not all floppy looking
-choose one place, either legs or arms, to cuff and make them look nice.(not sure how much of a widely held opinion this is, but I feel like cuffs are very noticeable an having only one set makes the outfit look more clean cut)
-if you cuff the sleeves, fold them up to right above your elbow. It looks like you've got buttons on your sleeves for those weird flap things on the inside of the sleeves, so you might as well do those up to make the fit cleaner
-if you cuff jeans, don't pinroll them with those boots. make the width of the cuff larger and have them hang over the boots. That'll help the transition from pants to boot and also fix the length of the jeans more because they look kinda awkward and bunchy in the pic.

another important tip: buy nice clothing, have it fit well
you can make a ton of random bland shit work fine if it fits well, and you can have ricky, raf, name your expensive clothes outfit up the ass, and you'll look like shit
start from shirt, jeans pants that fit well, slowly expand.
also, if you're still underage and you're not 100% sure you're both at the place you want your muscle structure at, and done growing, don't drop anything serious on clothing, because if you start working out, you'll have dropped some money on a fit that won't fit.
you need to look good to some degree before you try the fashion.

Honestly the main reason I wore this outfit is because the jeans will not stop bleeding, so I wore clothes that they couldn't stain.
I'm 21 and done growing, I'm just short. I can't lift anymore since I hurt my shoulder doing dumbbell flys. I've always had trouble getting button down shirts that fit, most of the ones I own are too big. How do I measure/where do I go to get better shirts?
