What are the bare minimums to skincare products? I don't really struggle wit any acne, and when I do it is minor, so as long as I keep my skin clean I think I should be okay. I just wanna add some moisture, reduce the pore size on my nose (sebaceous filaments,) and even out my face.

Also, do I really need a sunscreen if I'm gonna be exfoliating? Kind of a pain in the ass...

i don't know if i've gotten rid of the big red tender deep pimples, but since stopping adapalene cold turkey, i seem to have acquired a few more clogged pores that sometimes develop into tiny whiteheads

also, the pimples seem to always pop up in the same spots on the dead middle of each cheek, if i poke around these spots i can feel some kind of small firm plug or something deep under the skin. they just like to sit there and never go away although they like to pop up and say hi every once in a while to my dismay.

any ideas?

when i can i'm going to drop the cerave products for products without fatty alcohols, which sometimes give some people clogged pores and blackheads.
