I advice you to buy slim fit jeans or whatever you prefer, and go for a bit oversized/XS/S/M (they will be anyways) loose fit mens shirts and sweaters. This way your hips won't be exaggerated. You'll have to try on a lot of shit though, to get the perfect fit.

Men do this too, there are a lot of men with wider hips. They just cover them with bigger sweaters and stuff, to avoid the more curvy figure.
