If I had it my way, one would need to buy one garment, which one could change the colour of whenever one felt like it via a color-picker tool.

Imagine how easy color coordination would be. You wouldn't have to rummage through your closet to find something that works. Just pick whatever fits and textures you want, then get select the precise colors you feel like wearing that day.
