I know /fa/ hates this place, but I like Nordstroms because their customer service is top notch. I don't shop there too much, but when I do it's always a pleasant experience.

I've worked a few retail jobs and it's not a race, but Moms shopping for their kids are the worst. They rarely know exactly what they want and depend on you to choose whats right for a kid you've never met.

I hope they all disappear one day, and we will just have amazon fitting rooms, so when we order online we can try the clothes IRL uf we want and then buy them.

I work in retail and it's chill as fuck. I've been working in Sales Replenishment for the past Christmas season and it's been alright, I don't have to do much. It's only customers who are sour as fuck

Into other boutiques I had no problem, tho. I just tell them I'll just have a look and ask if I need something and they stop bothering me
