I had a gf, I had a good GPA at uni, had friends, had good relationship with family. Then I started understanding that I'm not fucking growing and that I'm done, this is it, I'm gonna spend my life as a 148 cm man. I lost confidence, lost gf, studies went to shit because I skipped classes and even exams because of terrible anxiety, became a social recluse, started having arguments and letting steam off on family members, because they are the only ones who wont fucking kick and knock me out.

Look at the men in your family. Are they all roughly the same height as you or are they taller? If they're the same it's all genetic and there's not much you can do. If they're taller something might have gone wrong in your growth. Malnutrition, hormone imbalance, disorder or sickness etc.
All the men in my family are pretty short, but I'm still shorter than them because I was underfed and neglected as a child. I'm in my late 20s now and I've long reached my max height.
21 is not too late. You can still grow up to 25 or so. Exercise, eat more. See a doctor if you think something might really be wrong. In the end you'll have to learn to accept it. Maybe stay away from 4chan. It feeds insecurity.
