I guess you're going for an oversized look all around but because of the slightly slouchy/relaxed trousers and the large sweatshirt it just ends up looking like you bought a sweat a size too big. i'd go for a normal fit on the sweat and keep the trousers as they are

the sweatshirt is an issue, but the shirt is equally as bad. that blue doesn't mesh with the colour palette at all, it looks completely out of place in this fit, just wrong. in this fit the shirt should probably be white. another benefit of a properly sized sweatshirt would be a smaller neckline. this neckline is obviously slightly too large and it ends up looking bad with a shirt underneath

I don't like the fit. The criticism I offered is very valid and completely warranted. I have never seen the appeal that so many people have to brands like Vis and Kapital besides a very few items. Vis and Kapital are pretty different brands but I'm a fan of both. The appeal in them mostly comes from unique items (seriously just look at Kapital's webshop they have some wild stuff), interesting fabrics, distressing/finishes, and dyeing methods. What do you define as something interesting to look at?

Fit is entirely subjective, the clothes fit exactly how I want them to.

Well obviously when you posted fits with it, it looked kind of dorky/campy/bad( I am drawing blanks right now) but you understand, it didn't look that great. Which is a shame because it's an awesome piece. So I think you should go with kind of a staple "Ann" look or at least what I think that would look like. What I recommend may be completely not your style and feel free to tell me. First a nice calf to ankle length dress that fits fairly slim(think Trunks' witch fit) but with more pleats/drapes(again I don't know the correct terminology because women's fashion is definitely not my strongest place) I think this would pay well with the length and silhouette of the poncho. I guess if you are to opposed to dresses the pants you ate currently wearing would look neat but first you have to do something about the length of them. Now for tops. First a question? Does the poncho have any arm holes and how does it fit? Is it basically like a condom with a whole in the top? So your arms are stuck inside the garment? It doesn't really matter to much but will unit greatly constrict your bodies movement and functionality. So for tops a think a longer black top just a plain long fit tee or tunic would work obviously under the Ann poncho. Next I think some sort of cropped jacket could almost be anything really. A cardigan would be best to stay true to the look I think a leather jacket or even a bomber could look great. If your arms are constricted you could always wear it over your shoulders which I think might look pretty good. Again please tell me if you think my taste is shit so I'll shut up but in my mind this looks pretty neat.

I know I was talking about the Ann look(which I think this still fairly resembles that) it quickly evolved more and more into a look similar to this which I think the poncho fits very similarly to.

Are we thinking of the same designer here? He uses amazing textiles but none of his pieces are very out there or particularly interesting. There are a couple pieces every season though that lush the envelope which I really like but for the most part he stays true to usual stuff.But that's exactly his appeal, its for people who want an incredibly well made piece without all the frills. But that's wrong you fucking retard. Schneider is all about doing the classics but keeping them fresh and alive by remaking them from the ground up , namely by making the fabrics himself. His knits look fantastic because instead of trying to re-invent the wheel by making the wheel mad rusty and telling people it's avant-garde he knits jumpers that while still classic in their cut and design , are above the rest because it's knit in such a way that the fabric its self shines through instead of say , a tacky print of a 80's band.
