Been using this for a week now, a combined chemical peel. It also moisturises (it really does, was surprised considering it contains acids) and it's only for overnight use.
Blackheads got less but still red spots. Can't say much but reviews say you shouldn't expect fast results.

It hydrates bc it's an aha which contains humectant qualities

Btw that products being phased out so it'll be off the shelves soon, they are making it into a version that doesn't have any acids so it won't be any different from a moisturizer really

my skincare routine = eating consistently clean food (no gluten, dairy or sugary shit)

I had really bad acne and scarring and tried using a lot of products to fix it and admittedly a lot of them helped but I could never achieve truly clear skin until I started eating clean.

unless you are being rough with it the reason it looks shit is probably your diet

if you want to approve appearance of your skin and have shitty genetics like me find any non-irritating cleanser/moisturiser/toner and then only drink water and cut out all the shit out of your diet indefinitely.

Also it's not a chemical peel that's not the same. It's just a chemical exfoliant.

>>9135911

You shouldn't use soap on your face, it dries it out really badly and you're looking at premature aging. At the very least add a moisturizer in there.

Okay, I'm female, but these products can be used for males as well. I have combination skin, prone to breakouts when it's too dry or when I'm hormonal.

AM:
Etude House AC Clinic Daily Foam Cleanser
Nivea Creme Soft Moisturizer (on par with La Mer TBH)
Vitamin C Serum

PM:
If I'm wearing makeup I cleanse with Evening Primrose first.
Etude House AC Clinic Daily Foam Cleanser
Evening Primrose Oil
Nivea Creme Soft
If I see any signs of redness I'll then use Etude House AC Clinic Lotion
Evening Primrose Oil (one drop)
Eye Cream
Spot Treatment if needed (usually around that time of the month)
Every 3 days I use Missha Black Ghassoul Tightening Mask after the foam cleanser.
If I'm feeling dry in the face, I'll use Etude House Moistfull Creme.

Sometimes I like to mix it up and use Mizon's Snail Repair line.

Apple cider vinegar applied erryday, diluted and applied with a cotton ball for a few minutes a day, followed by either an overnight honey mask or just Aveeno Moisturizer. Thus far it has been good, have been doing so for months now in an effort to quell breakouts and fade these scars, it has worked fairly well.

I use a Deep Pore Cleanser Lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb mint facial mask which I leave on for ten minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out, and makes you look older. Then moisturiser, then an anti-ageing eye balm, followed by a final moisturising protective lotion.

Soz I went to bed so I only just saw this.

Like I never noticed how shit gluten and dairy products made me feel until I stopped eating them and then started again. I broke out, skin got worse and just felt generally shitty.

I can guarantee that cutting them out will improve your appearance big time.

I don't know anything about mood disorders, but the health benefits of giving up dairy and gluten will make you feel great which should help a lot with your problem.

The hard thing was cutting out whey protein for me and will probably be hard for you too. You literally just have to replace it with solid protein unless you want to take a hemp protein sup or something (wouldn't recommend soy if you are a guy). Just do your macros and work out how much meat you have to eat to reach your protein req's

also only drink water

legit recommend a diet change to anyone with bad skin that they struggle to fix

As long as you don't touch your face, sleep with a towel on your pillow and drink tons of water your acne will disappear.

wash wash wash your face. but your skin is way more delicate than you think. i do it in the morning. i use black african soap with oats http://www.amazon.com/Nubian-Heritage-African-Black-Soap/dp/B006VYG9YU/ref=pd_sbs_bt_2?ie=UTF8&refRID=0SD3Q0GRFCWVVKK0K7PZ

you gotta moisturize too. preferably AM/PM. i use All Bright Hydrating Night Cream from the Boots Botanics line, which is mostly organic.

drink lots of water. the results are repeatedly astounding. you can figure out how much you should be drinking http://www.camelbak.com/HydrationCalculator.. if you are prone to forget, make sure to get a good water bottle (my favourite is the bobble, which has a filter built in; i’ve had mine for a year) and get an app that’ll remind you.
