Yes but might still be a little long for some stuffs. For reference, I'm 5'5 and about 35 chest and uniqlo S fit me everything. XS would be too small in the shoulders for me and tight in the chest unless you also have small shoulders, in which case go for the XS. Read up the measurements, I think they're quite accurate.

I went to check out uniqlo for the first time in my life, which was long overdue because I live in NYC. I took two urban sweat pants, the urban sweat bomber and a J+ shirt to try out in the changing room. The employee miscounted and said I had 3 items instead of four. Was anyone else kind of letdown with the sale though? There was a much better one earlier this year with the app coupons for spending $50. I didn't really see much that I wanted on sale so it wouldn't have made a difference with shipping since an order with them would be over $50 anyway.

Has anyone tried their belts? I saw that they have a brown dress belt for $19.90. I bought proper dress shoes but I think I can get away with a $20 belt.

Canadanon here, is it possible to get clothes shipped here? Or am I forced to wear my country's native lumberjack outfit?

The selvedge ones? Not at all, they feel like Levi's 514. Slim, but very roomy on the thighs and calves

I bought uniqlo selvedge, dark navy denim. supposed to be raw denim, and I heard raw denim is uncomfortable the first few weeks but I just put them on and they're easily the comfiest pair of jeans I ever had. Did I fuck up and get washed jeans?

>> No.9041380

>>9040827
you're telling me you can't:
a) read the label/name of what you bought
b) read the tag on the jeans
c) tell what fucking raw denim is
d) post a picture so your retarded ass can get some help
...

>> No.9041391

>>9041380
uniqlo doesn't label their jeans on the inside

just says uniqlo, or random U denim bullshit

then on the back patch it just has the lot number which isn't helpful

but uniqlo denim isn't raw it's just Sanforized, 1 wash denim from what i bought in the past ~2008

because it was either unbranded, gap or uniqlo for budget selvedge

i don't even think they offered a raw model so he knows his answer

also most packing slips will have some random numbers with a shortened product descrip

probably reads

s002-30x32 qty. 1 slvdg drk ble $99.99

or some shit

>> No.9042823

the significant number on the label seems to be 321-130084(43-23).

The site's not very consistent at all with this stuff but I'm pretty sure they offer raw denim in some capacity (though it's never explicitly said) based on a little research. It seems like they've had a selvedge line for a long time but the product itself has changed a few times too over the years. I'd be totally happy with these jeans if they didn't fade at all and stayed heavy and smart like they are new.

I'm also reading raws tending to be stiff because they get sprayed with starch so you get really strong fade-lines after worn in. I guess these just haven't had any starch sprayed if it is raw.

How does the fading even work? Is it just a case of rubbing the dye off over time which will be particularly around exposed areas or does stress around an area cause the dye to loosen so that when it gets washed it gets pulled off more than other areas?

They valley aint that bad nigga, sure I rather be in engelwood Colorado so I can layer and make siq fits instead of a t shirt and pants. I also hate the Mexicans and rich snobs and the drivers and the crappy looks of everything and the horrid smell and the stupid police and the no hills and tiny mountains. but hey there are some nice high school girls and the Mexican food is good.

The shirts are pretty good just make sure you know what you are buying. Ex. The flannels are somewhat thin compared to traditional flannels, so if you live somewhere that gets fuckin freezing in winter you might wanna pass. I like the flannels since here in California winters are mild and the flannels dont become overly warm.

hows the heattech? is it really warm?

>> No.9046052

>>9045818
yeah, but it's only a base for layering. Heattech undershit under a shirt, add a woolen sweater on top, you've got a nice outfit and with a coat with that you won't be cold.

The biggest advantage over cotton is that it dries really fast, and doesn't trap sweat on the garment. If you sweat with a cotton undershirt and then go back out in the cold, the sweat will become cold as fuck and you'll be very likely to catch a cold.

>> No.9046075
