The only way I could see those boots working with the jeans is if you had an off white shirt and wore a coat similar to that in olive

other problem I have with the disconnect between the top and bottom is the top is slim while the bottom is more chunky, what might work to help that is a pinroll on the jeans/tuck them into the boots, although how new are the jeans? should start form fitting the more the longer you wear them

not agreeing with the color scheme too much, maybe a lighter khaki rather than a olive-brown or whatever it is. blazer doesn't look great with a crewneck. The volume you created on the bottom of your pants also looks a little off; I would do slimmer fitting pants that taper.
