Compare the quality of this thread to the one that was up the few days before this. One person was able to completely derail an otherwise peaceful and informative topic.

But the gap is only ever visible if my hair is physically parted.

I dry condition my hair every 2 days and a apply coconut oil.

Any one got any solutions? Any ideas?

Both my two sisters and I had the same problem at that age, mostly on the back of our heads. Lost a fuckload of hair everytime my hair got detangled/combed. At a certain point the problem just went away for my sisters. I didn't have the patience and wanted a simpler cut anyway, so I went for short back and sides.

Yeah, not cornrowing is probably for the best. Applying to the ends is pointless, if I have splits I just get them cut. It's all about dem roots.

My mom is Burmese and has been using castor oil on her eyebrows/eyelashes/hair for a while to keep it thicker and long (some ancient medicine shit), but you need to make sure you apply mostly to your roots. Since it's a really dense and viscous oil, its best if you dilute with mineral or something thinner beforehand. I usually grease up at right and wash off in the morning to avoid snapecore. Also make sure you're getting enough sleep, water, and vitamin b12. Good luck.
