a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

in shower start hot, wipe over face with exfoliating cloth, sometimes use that neutrogena grapefruit face wash, wash with cetaphil, turn shower to ice cold and get in it for a few minutes

i dont moisturise because every moisturiser makes me get spots, and makes the ones I may already have get worse - maybe i will once it clears up entirely

i also take a medication for bacterial acne

I used it and it made my skin squeaky clean which you skin shouldn't feel like after washing it. It just strips all the oils and moisture out of your face.

I use home made soaps with beer/honey and other essential oils that I cant remember. Gives my face a nice matte finish, keeping it soft and moisturised. I had pretty bad bacne and occasional breakouts on my face but this has helped me a lot.

How to get an even skin tone?
I still have blotches around my cheekbones, the area around my nose where it joins with the cheek around the nostrils is always purple and red.

All these moisturizers and skin care products are scams for stupid people. There is only one skin care product you need: sun lotion. Wrinkles and bad skin are actually caused by the sun and oxygen, if you wear sun cream 24 hours a day 7 days a week, not only will your skin be immune to radiation, but also spots and black heads won't from because the gunk can't oxidize. Trust me, I've been using it for 6 years now, and my face hasn't aged a day since I was 15. Theoretically, you shouldn't age at all if you wear factor 50 sun tan lotion 24 hours a day.

i used to have acne but that cleared up after a few months of accutane. i still get the occasional pimple that is easily treatable. i have a general slightly red tint to my skintone and slight blemishing but my skin is okay. i wash with a tea tree face wash and a tea tree foam exfoliant. i apply paula's choice 2% bha liquid afterwards and then moisturise if i need it.

My gf used to have almost acne-like skin problems but she started using raw oils a mont ago and now her face is soft and spotless like a baby's butt. I didn't really believe they would actually do anything but apparently it worked.

I use this Korean mud soap bar to clean my face since it's what I have. After applying and washing, I rub the dead skin off my face or I get really bad whiteness. Then I apply a cream moisturizer. Cetaphil is what I use.
