I've been browsing through rakuten looking for an overcoat from Yohji, the longest i've found is 139 cm, which is roughly 51 inches. Even for a king of manlets like me (5'10), that still isn't quite long enough. Does Yohji stuff just run really small or should I size up on coats? I don't it to be way to big that I can't wear it, but I usually wear mediums and would like it to hover around 55 inches if possible.

I have had a pair of Yohji pants and a pair of thrifted pants with high rise and relaxed legs that you say should look similar to Yohji. My Yohji pants fit extremely well, they hold the silhouette I'm looking for and the material is obviously much higher quality.
