swimming is the only acceptable way to be fit

yoga is acceptable contextually

running isn't awful, but still ugly

lifting, and gyms, are just vulgar

In the morning if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a Deep Pore Cleanser Lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb mint facial mask which I leave on for ten minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out, and makes you look older. Then moisturiser, then an anti-ageing eye balm, followed by a final moisturising protective lotion.

Bouldering or swimming 5-7 days a week does most of it. I also do completely unsystematic bodyweight stuff on the fly, and get around by bike. Sometimes I run just to do it.

I don't, but come again?

TBH just be active a lot in ways you enjoy. Passing judgment is lame, except against cultists. You know who I'm talking about.

I do yoga for an hour a day 5-7 days a week at home.

Sometimes a cardio workout and occasionally a run, but thats all.

I'd say I'm somewhere between skinnyfat and ottermode and I just started about a month ago, so

I work out 3 times a week at the local gym. Monday is Chest & Triceps, Wednesday is Back & Biceps, and Friday is Shoulders. I do squats and lunges at home for my legs. This is my goal body.

go to the gym 3 days straight, then rest day, repeat. no matter what day it is, I do dips between every exercise and pull-ups halfway through sets. also do pull-ups and curl-ups and push-ups constantly at work/home, we have a pull-up bar in the office.

I also ride my bike to and from work, so that's my only cardio.

working out is fun, I don't know why people think it's some kind of chore.

I'm doing cardio and some calisthenics at the moment, but I'm underweight.

A little bit tiring but I never really did cardio before this.

You get to wear decent fits whilst jogging too.

Born with a body predisposed to being toned and really good fitness level. Also born with shit-all motivation to work out so I don't actually have any muscle to be defined any more (I went through a gym phase but that was years ago). Nowadays I just play sports with my friends to keep my fitness level up. I can still keep up with guys who are semi-pro athletes just cos I'm lucky genetically. All this basically keeps me skinny so that's my /fa/ maintainer. However, I do want to eventually hit ottermode one day so I'm thinking of starting to do some natural exercise, pushups, pullups, yoga, all that. Never going to the gym any more though. Such a chore.

respect. I gave up because I didn't have time. Just casually do the powerlifting lifts and some accessory shit now.

A good snatch is so impressive (not trying to make pussy joke tho)

Imo it doesn't give you a very good physique. The best amature weightlifters at my gym basically just have huge quads and decent shoulders.

Giving examples of dimas and lyu etc is pretty stupid because they are gentic freaks and roided as hell

I run for a bit and then lift. Do that twice a week, with maybe another run on another day during the week.

To the people mentioning swimming, do any of you have a background in swimming? Or did you just get a membership for your local pool? Also what kind of strokes do you do and how many times do you swim one lane? Also do you wear shit like short Speedos, glasses cap etc. when swimming?

I lift. Some of these faggots here hating on lifting and the gym are either too socially awkward to go to the gym or have only been to super shitty ones.

I probably speak for most of the people that lift here but I don't do it just to get H-H-H-HYPER SWOLE.. going to the gym is fun especially when you beat your PRs. Its a really good way to blow off steam.

I get it though, I used to be a little faggot and not want to go to the gym, then I hit puberty and stopped being a nigger and starte lifting. Do it faggots
