I agree to an extent, if you're an ugly girl it is a huge advantage over an ugly guy but I also think it must really fuck you up mentally. I know a fairly pretty girl who can't do any overnight things because she's afraid of people seeing her without makeup.

I also think that since I didn't have the option, I really put more work into fixing my problems in more sustainable ways (fixing eyebrows, working out, drinking a lot of water) rather than covering up, avoiding the whole mess of "oh god what do i do when someone sees my real face".
