I think it's too monotone. Except it's not even like desatted. It's weird green browns that look like they belong in a camo print. Also maybe you have big feet and the shoes look bigger because they're foreshortened but if you're going to wear them you need something light higher up. Fair enough with the cuffs, I've pretty much always had to do it because the jeans are too long so the creases have been like that for ages. Been meaning to sort that out for a while so I ironed most of it out and I've gone for narrower cuffs instead now, pic related. Next time I wear the sneaks I might just go for stacks instead though.

Well then I've been entirely misled. The brighter red contrasts with the dark green of the shirt. The greys provide a bit of a backdrop, and it's not too plain while at the same time not being distracting. The splash of color in the middle of the hoodie and around the head focus the eyes towards the face, rather than the rest of the body.

Some of these pieces are solid on their own but very few of them are working in this fit. If you're going to wear those socks with this fit, don't expose them. Get rid of the cardigan and the button up. They're just not ever going to work with sweatpants, because it's two completely different styles.

Eh he's right on the color theory but it doesn't apply well to clothes. You don't need anything to divert attention to the face it's a fuckin face humans are programmed to look for them. But yes green and red are complementary colors and are appealing together. Other comps are yellow + purple (think like purple and gold accents) and blue + orange (like an ocean sunset).
