np man. don't pay more than 20-30 bucks, and even that's that's a lot, like really a lot imo, but trendier places are going to be more naturally. once you get it styled how you want it though anywhere should be able to do maintenance cuts like the sides and taking very little length off and stuff. a lot of people think wavey hair is bad but it looks so good because there are different levels of texture. not just dead like some people's hair that just falls flat and stays put. and i agree, it's the worst trying to get it exactly how you want it. just try not to do too much, the more you mess with it the worse it will look. i also hair getting your hair did and the person who cuts it styles it perfectly and makes it look so easy but it's hard as fuck to mimic! good luck if you do get it cut soon.

Well today I used a good bit of crew fiber and then used 'Toni & Guy styling putty casual matt finish' and rubbed it into place. Then just used a bit of hairspray.

I'm kind of reluctant to get contacts because I have super bad eyesight, and I'd have to get really thick contacts which I've heard is uncomfortable.

dude. do no poo. i'm part asian. when i used to shampoo and shit i had asian hair. after 2 yrs of no poo i have white ppls hair it feels gr8. plus no hair product needed for it to stay.
