Mine is kind of similar, beard has been lengths of 1/2"-4" long in the last year, and hair has been all over from short Viking mohawk to just a little shorter than yours. I use American Crew Fiber and a little cheap Rave hairspray for the final hold. Can go to work waiting tables for 5hrs and come out with hair untouched. American crew has a pomade, too, but I find the hold and shine to be equal of Axe (shit-tier of course). Fiber is kind of expensive for a poorfag but when doing no-poo, it is very nice and doesn't end up shitty the next day after a rinse.

I'm trying to figure out what kind of cut to get, I need it shorter than it currently is because my fringe keeps dropping into my eyes when I'm in boxing sparring which is getting me hit in the face more than needs to be.
