I'm going to summarize my view, I wonder if it'll get any support.

There isn't really any phone that anyone will get you noticed. All current phones are big screens. An iPhone isn't really /fa/ - everyone and their nan has one. Same goes for HTC, LG or whatever. Aesthetically a black phone is understated which could help you not stand out but overall a phone doesn't affect your perceived lifestyle or #sickfits.

People in this thread who unquestioningly answer with iPhone are lame as hell. iPhones look good okay, yeah people in the fashion industry own them, we get it. If you just trust one product to be the end all be all of good design you are doing yourself a big disservice. Aesthetics are aesthetics and just because a phone has a certain operating system doesn't automatically make it good or shit.

Lumias are the best example right now, great and relatively unique design (relative because all phones are glass slabs now) even in lower end models, great looking OS, yet widely ignored. Some of the best looking phones of the past few years have been Lumias. IMO many of them have looked better than any of the iPhones.

Also, the iPhone 5 and 5s is a major step down from the 4 and 4s aesthetically, and the current look of iOS is total shit.
