oh, my experience with rancourt's stuff for eastland is they're not as great. my brother has a couple of pairs, and he's happy with them, but they're not as nice as some of the other made in usa stuff out there

as I said, the colorway isn't my favourite. and they're not in very good shape. if it were me, I'd say no.

you can get new eastland made in maine shoes on sale for ~150 pretty often, gilt has them all the time (although gilt is currently trying to sell them around 200ish, eventually they'll drop their price lower and you can get something real cheap)
