People always tell me I look like this guy, and today my boss told me I need to get a haircut below my eyebrows by tomorrow morning at 6AM so I'm thinking of going with this cut. Does anybody know the movie/show this pic is from so I can find a bigger version or alternate angles?

If possible find a pic of something like that cut but a bit longer. THANKS

>tfw cut hair by tomorrow morning or lose job

Where the fuck do you work?

What does your hair look like currently?

Let him fire you then sue him. If youre in the United States and they fire you because of this you can absolutely sue. My father is a lawyer, if you don't cut your hair and you get canned come back on /fa/ and I'll shoot you an email.

Actually, this. I'm 3rd year law student, practicing 2 years already, just create thread if he really does fire you, I'll get in contact with you.

ffs, it's 2014, hair restrictions, really?

Actually it's on an Indian reservation (casino) so the same laws don't apply, but also they told me I would need to get a haircut if I got the job and i didn't take them seriously.

I probably won't get fired, just sent home until i get it cut, but it will look very bad and make it easier to be fired down the line. My hair doesn't look good right now anyway so a change could be good.

Doesn't Disney have hair regulations? I'm not op just thought it was vaugely normal for an employee to be asked to keep their hair within normal lengths.

They can't. What they can do however, is to use this as a reason to fire you, not officially ofcourse, unless they want you to possibly sue them, but they will find a way to fire you for something else or to make work conditions untolerable, you know what I mean?

o look a monkey, abides everything it's told to do :^)

doesn't work on my head because of face shape and unfortuate collicks on the left side. that's why i have long(ish) hair in the first place. too short and it sticks up really bad.

it has to be "professional" and even though I prefer my hair messy, it won't work here.

>> No.8163929

>>8163914
like if I got the cut in the OP pic it would end up looking square on that side, from that angle because the collicks pushes it out. when it's longer it isn't noticeable.

Why not just put some product in it and makes sure you comb it or some shit?

Nice jawline btw.

I have a cowlick too, currently have an asymmatrical HY, shaved up with a fade on one side. Look up Olivier Giroud to see what I mean. Looks pretty good and it's relatively easy to maintain.

It's not a cowlick, it's several all over the left side of my head and back of head.
anyway, i checked out those pics and i'm wondering what it looks like down, without gel.

Even without product it's still looks good. It stays into place very well, atleast for my hair. I only use a bit of product to slick it back.

It doesn't have to be a specific law.

It can be harassment, discrimination - it can even be twisted into sexual harassment - bullying.

Piece of cake, honestly
