have you tried the stretch and shrink method?
just put in a size up then wear nothing
helps get rid of the scar tissue then they heal smaller
thankfully I only went to a 0 so they closed naturally

those looks pretty unhealthy. to size down youre gonna want to massage them regularly with vitamin e oil (keeps them healthy and massage improves bloodflow which makes them heal faster) and put in successively smaller studs. like the opposite of what you did to size up (or, what you should have done, because it looks like u fucked up)
