Yeah Dreamboxes are pretty expensive as well IIRC. Honestly probably better to save a couple hundred bucks for a second hand pair if you really need geos in your life.

this seems like a dick post but it's probably true. just think of how many fits have been posted of people wearing geos or dreamboxes with regular clothes/blue jeans and it just looking like absolute shit.

i'm sure that you can make geos work with a cheaper wardrobe but it will be difficult since they're such an attention grabbing shoe.

looking forward to seeing someone cop these who can comment on how the leather is/if they wear out anything like as nicely as real geos do or if they look like shit like dreams

get real. Obviously you've never handled any high end sneakers, let alone Rick footwear in person. the leather, attention to detail and quality is easily apparent. They're really nice shoes and age normally for really nice shoes. All cheap geos/dunks/cps/fashion shoes look like cheap knockoffs and age poorly. There's a pretty good chance they'll fall apart or dent/collapse due to shoddy materials and poor craftsmanship. you really do get what you pay for.
If you cop the knockoffs and treat them really well they might last for a while. But honestly they'll never be nearly as nice as the real deal. The whole point of spending a fuckton on nice shoes (and clothes in general) is that they've been thoroughly designed, observed, and crafted to last (or not last, if that is the desired effect). When you buy knockoffs you're paying for a similar-looking product without any of the benefits

are the fabrixsquare ones at least real leather though? i hear the dreams are made of some plastic shit that doesn't crease properly, i'm assuming they must be at least slightly better, i want to cop a geo-like sneaker for the aesthetic of it and not necessarily the quality.
