Hitler Youth can be done by just about anyone. It's not even meant to make you handsome even. But your hair only emphazes your baby face (and your goatee).

If I were you, I would go to the barber, get a good HY. If you find out that it is terrible and doesn't work with your face, then go for a buzz. I don't mean offence to your hair, but it doesn't work well on you.

op look into a manbun with undercut. honestly you've taken so much time to grow it out look into your options before cutting it all off. the undercut, although its "edgy" to some, I think it will make you look a bit more masculine.

Forget changing your haircut. No matter the hairstyle, you'll still look androgynous due to your face's shape.

With facial features this feminine, you'll need to bulk up heavily to look masculine. I definitely recommend focusing on your back and shoulders in particular.
