i know that it's super flawed but whatever. if you stay at 18.5 or higher a doctor won't get too concerned so you can be small and deflect attention.

so a 5' 3" gril can be 105 lbs. and still be on the "healthy" side of the bmi. any lower and she would be considered underweight.
