I have a pair which look almost exactly like the pic you posted except it has a normal tongue and no straps; it's just that the sneakers apparently don't have any sort of brand name on them that I can see, and what's written on them (NORTH EXP 59800 on the inner side as indentures and STREET written with white on the tongue) don't show anything on google. I got them as a present from my parents (they were on sale dirt cheap) in some mall so I have no idea.

I'm sure you can find something very alike somewhere, and pretty cheap I'd guess too.
