Like the other poster said its a commuter school. Also the student body seems very splintered due to the large amount of Asians who mainly stuck with there nationalities. Other issue I have with UIC is that students here seem to rarely venture too far off campus. If you frequent /fa/ or /mu/ you'll probably get along better with kids from DePaul, which is easy to get to from UIC. If you come to UIC hit me up though.

totally came here for the swim team picture from the front page, but I go to UCI, and if you manage to get into the business school, it is a great one. Very well funded, staffed, and connected. Lots of great perks, seminars, etc.
