About your hair, you appear to possess big eyes and if you had your hair cut, they would be more noticeable and would be emphasized, which I guess that could be a good thing.

On the other hand, your face lacks a little of chin and such big sideburns seem to be removing room from your face, so your chin can even look smaller. I would try to shave them, or at least I would get rid of some of their volume, and would see if your profile improves.
