here's what I like, OP. Keep it simple. Minimal makeup, just enough to accentuate eyes and lips and stuff while keeping a natural look and avoiding looking like a doll. Get a simple but nice hairstyle in a natural looking color, like the girl in OP. Take care of your skin. Keep your clothing simple, a lot of girls go overboard with layering. Low cut stuff is not necessary but at least show some collarbone or you will look stuffy or sloppy. Don't wear anything too gaudy or overdo it with the jewelry. When in doubt, wear a dress. Just make sure everything fits properly and is flattering, obviously.

Go to a men's magazine like Esquire and look at the spreads of women. You'll notice that their makeup is not overdone and their clothing (when they're wearing it) is simple. Remember that everything you wear is there to accentuate your body. Don't go around peacocking.
